103. In any advertising, soliciting of clients or representations relating to the carrying on of the activity of real estate broker referred to in section 1 of the Act, a member shall not(1) pass on any information that he knows to be false, misleading or incomplete, particularly with regard to a price, which shall be the price provided for in the brokerage contract or in the transaction proposal referred to in section 1 of the Act; or
(2) use any formulation that may lead to confusion, particularly with regard to a name, trade mark, slogan or logo.
